This module, consisting of 10 assessment questions, is a guide to developing the basics of how to prepare and gather information towards building a business case for a new colleague. This module gives practical information on how to gather data and negotiate locally with managers. This information then can be fed into a local template at your hospital for the business case. In addition, this module also references the theme of medical engagement and how its improvement could be critical to improving performance.
