Coughs and colds are a frequent presentation to pharmacy, with customers seeking advice on the most appropriate treatments. This module for pharmacy counter assistants is designed to test your knowledge on the latest management and advice for patients presenting to pharmacy with typical cough and cold symptoms. This unique module will present you typical patient/customer scenarios that will be immediately familiar to you, with each question assesing what you would do in that scenario.
Each question is designed to test a particular aspect of patient care that is highly relevant to your role as a counter assistant. After each question, there are detailed explanations and further reading to help support your learning. Also you are given the opportunity to reflect upon each of the questions.
Once you successfully complete the module - and achieve the minimum pass rate of 60% - you'll be awarded with a downloadable 1 hour CPD Certificate, which you can print or upload to your CPD Portfolio.
